A real Trustpilot pattern, plus unverified paid-review allegations

Blaux.com is rated "Bad" on Trustpilot, roughly 1.2–1.3 out of 5 from around 297 reviews. Multiple reviewers separately allege they were offered $20 and a free product through an "events app" in exchange for a 5-star review — we have not independently confirmed this allegation beyond the reviewers' own claims, so we're presenting it as an allegation, not a confirmed fact.

We could not confirm whether these are definitively the same operating entity. Part of a small product line

Beyond the portable AC, the Blaux brand also sells a "Blaux Wearable AC+" and a "Blaux Personal Fan" — a related three-product line sold through the same direct-to-consumer channel.

The brand's own sales pages are largely abandoned

As of this review, blaux.com no longer sells a portable AC at all — the domain now redirects to a completely different general storefront, savvysmartdeals.com, which sells Blaux-branded bidets and heaters but doesn't list the portable AC product anywhere. Separately, blauxportableac.com is still live, but when we checked it, it was a bare, contentless default WordPress installation with no real product content.
